ETA and check calls

Geofenced pickup and delivery detection. Live ETA from the truck's current position. Automated customer updates. Alerts when a truck is late or stopped — so your reps find out from a screen, not a phone call.

Carrier vetting

MC and DOT lookup, FMCSA safety data, insurance status, and fraud flags — scored before booking. Approve, review, or block, with the reasons written down so the next rep doesn't have to re-check the same carrier.

System sync

TMS, tracking, and invoicing reading from one record, so the same load stops getting keyed in three times by three different people.

Whether this is worth it is a math problem

A rep makes 3–5 check calls per load, 5 minutes each including logging and relaying. That's about 20 minutes of phone time per load. An ops person costs roughly $30 an hour fully loaded — so around $10 of phone time on every load.

What we have is 100+ conversations with people running brokerage desks — what breaks, what eats the hours, what's been pitched and never delivered.

Our engineering team carries roughly half a million hours across logistics and integration work. That's their record, not ours, and we won't present their past client work as our own.

Here's how we work: everything gets written down before anything gets built. Half up front, half when it's running as specified. If it doesn't do what's written, we keep working and the second half isn't owed.
