Here's how we work: everything gets written down before anything gets built. Half up front, half when it's running as specified. If it doesn't do what's written, we keep working and the second half isn't owed.
No deck. We ask where the hours go, run the math with your real load count, and tell you which of the three to fix first. If the answer is none of them, that's a fine answer.
